Hey there,
Had a listen to your piece. Good to see someone else still uses Noteworthy Composer! Although I'll be defecting to Finale in about 2 months when I got some time to learn the damn thing
Your piece was very impressive. I'm amazed you had the patience with this composing software to layer it so well. There was really good counterpoint/countermelodies at times, and I really liked the harmonies. You seem to have a really good sense of polyphony at times but you spoil it with a poor sense of rhythm. There are promising melodies but I don't feel they are developed. The central section seems a little repetitive as well. The climax is in the music, its just not being brought out....
Other than that I did enjoy it. It was dextrous, and mischevious, and reminded me of many many things. It was a very visual piece, which would benefit greatly from some more formal texturing. Keep your sense of harmony though, its gold.
All the best with the rest of this piece,
Regards
Pravin
