Well, if the OP is still following this, then I have a few clarinet comments.

-All of those tripleted 16'ths are quite difficult to play, remember that most clarinetists can't double-tounge. You would have to rework those.

-I suggest listening to Mozart's Clarinet Concerto or his Quintet to get a feel of the classical clarinet.

-Also keep in mind that the clarinet back then wasn't as advanced as the clarinet today; clarinet parts were much simpler and didn't usually exceed 2 or 3 sharps/flats. Didn't see anything too dificult there, but just watch out.

-And finally, consider more ornamentation. Ornamentation, when used properly, can give much more interest to a melodic line.
