If you find me a clarinetist who could play what you wrote, I would be amazed. I've never heard a clarinet that could tongue that fast (referring to your sixteenth-note-triplets). But who knows. Nice piece. It sounded, however, like a giant cadenza or something. Just kept going and going. Maybe switch it up and add a more prominent minor part or slower section, etc.
