So long as you actually
tell us before the deadline that you're withdrawing (if you end up doing so), I wouldn't imagine there'd be a problem.
Of course, it would be vastly preferable if you could avoid withdrawing. Otherwise, these participant lists can be construed to mean very little. That isn't terribly good for our competitions system!
