Name: "Nonsense-Scherzo" for Bassoon and Piano, in G, Opus 10

Composer: Miguel Bulteau

Ideas: I've been doodling things like this on my piano. So as I had to compose for this competition, I decided "why not?". I've been reading The Annotated Alice, (both Carroll's Alice books in one, with annotations and explanations by Martin Gardner), and I've been planning an opera on the story. This could well be an étude of awkward but "listenable" harmonies suited for such a queer but childish world.

Yes, I KNOW the ending's bizarre and unexpected. That's what I like to do, so pike off.
