Okay, sounds like a niece piece! The Bariton Sax goes up pretty high in measure 46. It is possible, but I personally don't like the sound of such a high playing bariton sax (the sound gets a bit thin I think).
And just like flint-wwrr said, please change the tied half notes to quarter notes, it looks a bit weird.
