Haha, I do that on a regular basis. I have a handful of piano pieces arranged for woodwind quintet.

Yeah, I say we vote on the Celtic Compo idea.

Another idea: Anybody write for drumline? Maybe have a drumline cadence compo? For those of us percussionists around here that would be something interesting, I just don't know how many drummers/percussionists we have swimming around here. Oh, FYI a drumline usually consist of 1 marching snare drum part (average of 6 snare drummers on the part), a tenor part (average of two tenor players playing either quints or quads), and 5 tuned basses. Optional cymbals, usually tuned, four sets.
