The thing from Disney's Fantasia that people keep mentioning is actually a piece called "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" by Paul Dukas inspired by the poem of Goethe of the same name, Zauberlehrling. I think the reason people are making this connection, is because the stylistic resemblance and characteristic use of the bassoon and pizzicatos.

About that bassoon and other stuff, very effective use. This is a very mature composition. Like Ron, I am listening more than once. I absolutely love how you use all of the instruments equally, some people have a hard time maintaining that balance. Either way, it sounds like an old BGM cartoon, maybe even Bugs Bunny, and I love music that reminds me of old cartoons, it is so classic.

I noticed the absence of brass, why so? I don't criticize your decision to omit them, but I'm curious why you did. Are they too heavy for depicting the idea? Maybe you could make this one movement and write more movements about the different events in this little daydream of yours.
