Hmm.. Right off the top of my head, I can suggest the Forrest Gump theme like Will said. The soundtrack for Amelie by Yann Tiersen, Amelie's waltz and Comptine d autre come to mind. For jazz you could try the score to the Terminal, by John Williams. If I remember correctly, there is a jazz piano piece inside. I forgot if it's a solo or not.

Michael Nyman's The Piano "The Heart Asks Pleasure First". Magnificent piece and I'm sure the score could be easily found on the net. Yes this piece is very nice, so nice that I'm gonna look for the score now and practice it!
