I think a sticky thread would be great. And it should note that on a Mac no extra software is needed as "Save as PDF" is an option in the printer selection (or whatever the exact process is). I have a PC so it took me a while to help a Mac user create PDF's - a sticky thread would have speeded up the process - the initial try was to look for CutePDF for a Mac
