"Nameless": some electronica-type noodlings

Marius' recent Spectraball soundtrack reminded me of my compositional roots - electronic music. I doubt many of you are aware that I actually began by composing electronica and only then came to dabble in "classical" (i.e. what would be termed "art music").

In other words, blips and blops were my first love, and to a very large extent, I've failed to move on.

This piece is just something I did for fun. It isn't really intended to be taken seriously, especially given the pervasive retro feel.

Oh, and the voices entering at :00 and 0:38 sample reverberated and pedalled piano chords from other pieces I have written. Fascinating, I'm sure.

...score?? Are you barking mad?
