I've suggested this numerous times, even to you, and it has yet to be done. When clicking the Articles tab, it should take the user to a general Wiki page, sort of a Wiki homepage, with maybe a paragraph on what the Wiki is about, nothing too extensive, with links to further information, like Guidlines, and How-To's, and it should have
each of the major categories included by link, and brief synopsis of content, like you said, Mark.
I would even consider renaming the Article tab to "Wiki" instead, but that's a touchy subject that I'm going to go no further into other than simply suggesting.
