I'm digging the groove here. I'm specially fond of the abrupt change at 0:30ish, though I wouldn't have mind more development over the previous section. You could've gone for a heavy pulse/beat but instead you chose to go into a squarewave melodic-oriented section. I like how the sound seems to cut off, and the samples are raw-sounding.
Certainly, the cuts to new material help maintain a mood that leans on movement and rhythmic emphasis though the rhythmic itself is under emphasized to good effect.
I think in terms of structure three main sections can be identified, and the piece just shifts to each without much preparation. However, I think that's a good thing since they are closely related both in rhythmic and melodic/motivic work. I specially like the choice of sounds overall, and I think the groove is constant.
Honestly, make this longer, continue to develop it if possible. It just fades out at the end, and I think that's a shame. I was digging it, and it's too bad it's so short.
