I reckon you are just recording at a lower quality or bit rate, and that is why you get the fuzz. I have never used SoundForge, but I am sure you could find a setting for quality. If you manage to find it, save the file as the higher quality and then do your recording. Like I said, I do not know how SoundForge works, so all I can say is good luck.
