Hmmm. It's got some great ideas - the development and structure sounds convincing, and the shape of all the phrases are highly idiomatic (if you're going for pastiche Mozart). The main thing that lets it down is your use of harmony. Sometimes there are crucial notes missing from triads, you occassionally choose chords that are inappropriate, and the two part passages have lots of fourths, fifths and unprepared seconds - all of these make the piece sound slightly off in places. Having said that, the melodies and overall flow of the piece are exactly right. I suspect you're just struggling to wrestle down all the chords you're hearing in your head. Playing lots of Mozart (and doing more compositions like this) will help drastically.

Also. . . . isn't it in A major?
