Why are you arranging this canon for three (four needed actually for your score) flutes instead of say for flute, oboe, clarinet and bassoon? With different instruments more tonal colouring is possible, the parts are more distinct and there is a broader range of pitches available.
Also the Finale score is bare - no dynamics, no phrasing, no tempo changes - which makes the sound mechanical and less interesting to listen to.
There are many many arrangements of this famous piece so the listener has fairly high expectations.
