i'd buy the same stuff i already have, bigger isn't necissarly better, in fact, the bigger the software, the more time it often consumes to get it to sound right (EWQLSO sounds good out of the box, but still, making hybrid productions with it takes forever to sound right).
next to the software, i'd buy another 22" widescreen tft, i'd get a surround setup of genelec 1030s. i'd get more hdd space, which obviously you can't get enough of. i'm already set with the maximum ram (3gb) for xp-32bit to support, without messing with the system (=messing with stability).
hmm... oh yeah, i'd also get a nice protools hd setup and get rid of the latency hassle.
some neumanns, gefells and schoeps would be nice..
but then again, i'll do the job without this stuff fine.
