First off, Welcome to the forum. Be patient and people will slowly warm up to you here. You are going about this right. Comment on as many people's works as you can and some of them/us will return the favor.
I will be honest with you, and say that in this piece, up until the beginning of page 3 I was bored to death. Keep in mind that I like fast music, fast cars and faster women.
At the top of page 3 you finally got my interest. You have some nice dissonances thrown in that I thought worked quite well. You picked up the pace, which I liked then youi lost me again when you went back to that original theme. I am sure that there are people who will like it, just not my style.
I also checked out your choral piece. On that I suggest if you can, to upload a link to a mp3. Notepad just doesn't do justice to anyone's works. It is not much better than just listening to the straight midi.
