If you look to Mozart's C minor Mass though, you'll find it's replete with such bold harmonies - in fact, there's even a short one of those Schubertian modulations of which you were speaking. I'd love to have seen how many rosaries dropped in its performance.

That being said, this is a fine piece, and yet another example of your good taste in composition, Lee. Expertly crafted, as well as beautiful -- I'm certainly looking forward to your Missa Brevis. There's definitely a lot to be said for beauty in music.
