Looks about grade 5-ish to me - although it probably wouldn't appear on the list as things like picking out the melody with the weak fingers on the right hand that wouldn't appear at grade 5 but overall it doesn't seem difficult enough to be grade 6. I'm not sure about this though - I am far from an expert, I've only been playing piano for just over a year and have only played a handful of grade 5 and 6 pieces - it just so happened that one piece I've played seems of similar difficulty to this and my piano teacher explained why it was too hard for grade 5 but not hard enough for grade 6.
