It's because the notes are low enough on the staff that they should have the stems facing upward.

In measure 36, the third beat has the same problem.

Also, in measures 26-30, the triplet in the left hand often looks like it is extending into the fourth eighth note on the beam, which it shouldn't. That's kinda picky, but I think that it would make the score neater.
