just as a bit of advice: don't post a choral piece as a MIDI file.
it's impossible to tell where your chorus part is, nor what text you actually set to music.

If you want feedback on your pieces, scores are the best way to go about it.


I just have to add: do you actually know anything about Timpani?
I don't know whether its a problem with the MIDI file or if that staff really IS for timpani, but it's not playable. You're treating the timpani set like some sort of chromatic keyboard instrument.

In musical criticism, when issues of craft and technical consideration are set aside, what remains is more subjective. However, until technical issues are dealt with, the subjective portion bears considerably less weight.
