I like how you made this sound so tonal. I'd say that it's more based around F, G, Ab, C, Db, and E, as it seems to be in F harmonic minor. I think it'd be cool to do different chord progressions with these notes; for example, C to Db, and Dbdim to Fm. Maybe some extended cadences between Db and Dbdim. As it is, you have a nice, Baroque-y piece with great use of rhythm, articulations, and texture to account for six missing notes.
