it's not computer generated sound, it's acoustic xylophone sound samples.

could explain me this.
though, i can say it was intentional after the fact i thought it to be "tail tale". and, as i mentioned, it is like a musical response to some discussions going on the YC forums. it's material is completely reduced to couple of lines that get their colouring from pitching and feedbacking. i change the height of the sound only in the last part, which is very big leap up the tonality. it's a break.
and no, i don't think any software imposes limits on its user, it's rather the user might impose limits (or use it not creatively) to his software
