Yes, I assumed that was what you meant. But there is a section where the 1st flute and oboe have 2 notes each and the 2nd flute and oboe have none - that seems odd scoring.
Scoring issues aside, the doubling in octaves of an instrument is often combining its louder range with its softer range - the MIDI playback is not what would really happen.
