Thank you for your explanation, it cleared up some things, but I have a few more questions, if you don't mind?

You have no tempo on your score, what sort of tempo do you intend? (I refuse to listen to midi, especially on pieces like this, and prefer to play the piece myself) Also, is there a reason you notated the gaps as bars with rests, as opposed to an interval of time? I would've thought it would be easier for the performer to wait a certain period of time in silence, which could be notated easily enough, then to start playing, than to count 11 bars in an unspecified tempo. That applied to both gaps.

Another question, if you don't mind... Is there any significance to the number of bars, or the amount of time between the playing? Also, what significance does what is actually played have? I've played it through (on my tenor recorder, I don't have a flute ) and I can say that it's nice, but it's nothing too groundbreaking or fantastic to my ears, so is there any concept or idea behind the music, aswell as the silence?

If I'm asking too many questions feel free to tell me to bugger off
