I liked the syncopation and the end was really pretty. It did sound like happy rainbows!
There were some parts that reminded me of the film score to "the piano," but that's not neccesarily a bad thing. The strings or voices (can never tell with midi) were a nice touch. The build up was nice. Very pretty. I liked it even better the second time around.
