as a diehard Brian Wilson fan (as well as Van Dyke, Zombies, Bacharach) I must say I enjoyed the few songs I listened to, except that I was dieing for a vocal melody! Especially liked the chromatic bits in Where's Your Raincoat, but your harmonic use in the Romantic mini suite struck me as most impressive (I hope you haven't ruled it out as a non-vocal one)...Although I can't say much other than get some vocals on there, I think it would be worth your while doing harmonic analysis of Pet Sounds, Smile, O&O, etc.
