Very good so far. Some nice harmonies going on in there.
I really like what you do with the woodwind in the climaxes.
Couple of things;
Do you really want the percussion at the bottom of the score? It's not really tradition. Also, I'm not sure about the drum kit noises which are happening 2/3 of the time. Makes it sound as if it's about to launch into pop style...
But most importantly, make it a trombone concerto again. I think the music will fare better.
