Hm, I understand what QC said about the third entry of the voice. Get a little episode as a bridge so you can modulate back from C minor to F minor before letting ur 3rd voice enter. Otherwise the result could be weird like this one.

Other than that, keep writing it, my first fugue was much worse, it wasn't even a fugue...
