while music like this certainly has been composed, and I think you have some really neat ideas here..can you think of ways to make the parts a bit more playable. It is so pointilistic at such fast tempos that it would require amazing players to pull this off...I would doubt a group of professionals would play this well. Some parts aren't actually as nearly as hard as the score makes them seem, though. The reason for this is the mass amount of rests..For example..measure 2...you have the triplet figure played by different players then insert rests. This is more confusing than giving a longer note value. This is more obviously a problem in measure 3 with the 9/16 bar. with all of the rests it is hard to read and while a longer note value may seem to give a less clear sound, it will really just help fill in the gaps..plus i doubt real players will ever play this as clean as you would like..
One more point of playability..I know you want it to be pointilistic, but maybe allow players to play more than one note at a time..it is so hard to jump onto these quick passages for one note, especially when the individual parts don't seem to really repeat themselves in any real pattern that the players can pick up on. Anyways, it seems that you've spent a lot of time on this and it is a very nice concept.
