A while (maybe a year or more) when I first started seriously considering composing, I wrote 2 seperate fairly easy short piano pieces. They're not technically my first compositions, but the first noteworthy ones

. I am relatively proud of both of them. I think they both involve a certain level of sophistication. I wrote the first (True Happiness) quite spontaneously and it took me like 2 nights of working. The second (I Can See Now) was written in a state of extreme sadness and depression.
I lost the original Finale files when my computer crashed recently, so I had to scan in old paper copies and fix it up. It might not have been worth it

. I hate losing stuff.
