After consideration, I am allowing Tumababa to rescore instruments in the piece because I believe he generally didn't realise the instrumentation requirements and also to increase the number of competitors in this competition (I mean from 19 to 8? ... come on)
Please don't get moany moany about this decision, I believe it's fair and will provide good competition which is good for all of us
