Yeah, but learning to play even the easiest of those is an exercise in patience and an ability to detach yourself from your desires and extraneous thoughts for hours and hours on end over a very long period of time.

But yes. They're frickin' sweet.

EDIT: It's great to be able to see the piece played by a live musician, but know that there are better recordings of it out there. His tempos are a little too wobbly in some of the beginning parts for my tastes. (Then again I shouldn't really talk...it would take me God only knows how long to get myself around a piece like this.)
