Very neat theme... I'm slightly ashamed to admit it took me almost a minute to figure out how to download it.  And mine also left off the OGG extension.
With enough attention to detail, I think you could accomplish a very similar effect with GPO... though it would take some work.
Those are definitely the EWQL horns, though.
