I'm Wearing Music Socks

Hello everyone!

First of all, I must say, kudos to you Mr. Canzano. Truly a fabulous piece. I play piano, but am not that well acquainted with other instruments, especially bands, so I hate to simply agree with the other comments, but in this case I do.

Although I will admit, I have only written about two pieces so far and cannot really be called a composer yet BUT I am asking for finale for chirstmas and really hope I get it so I can explore this realm of music. My biggest form of music, however, is singing.

I hate to disagree with others, but I do not hear much similarity between this concerto and the queen of the night aria. True, there is definately that Mozart/Hayden/Beethoven mix to it, but aren't they the ones who created classical? And since Nico here is a classical composer, wouldn't it make sense that his piece would sound similar to those composers?

That's just my two cents. I have really enjoyed listening to everyone's pieces on this forum and hope to get finale so that I can put my own pieces on here. Until then, I can only throw my thoughts around for others to take or leave as they please.
