Yup, I'm the author and am very proud Berlioz set it to music
I feel that this music is as excellent as the one of Song #3 in C minor, but I don't feel (perhaps from the biased POV I have) that the dramatic setting is as deep. Although it is very good music, it reminds me more of music for a battle in a Science Fiction movie, or a Fantasy movie with demons in it. I absolutely love the orchestral writing, and yet I feel each different section of the text wasn't too contrasting, because it's based on impulses. It does grab one's interest all the way, though; definitely. I just don't feel very deep emotions.
Maybe we just have different views on the same thing, in which case I don't blame you for anything and congratulate you on an excellent job and the honour I got from you working on my poem
