About adding instruments...
I started with an ensemble existin' of violin, cello, trumpet and bass guitar. Then i removed bass guitar and created a new instrument (piano for example) but when i wrote a note in it, it sounded like violin. And it is the same with all the instruments i have tried. Do you have any idea how to solve it?

Go through the tutorials. This is a really basic function.
