All Blues (Funk)

Yeah, my jazz band instructor said I'd get shot for doing this, but I did it anyways....

So here's the funk arrangement of All Blues my band plays. We play the head twice, then do a bunch of solos, then go back to the intro and play the head twice again, and then go to that sudden train-wreck ending.

I know I kinda skimped out on the violin part, but it's not a very good instrument for playing short staccato notes without going pizzicato...

Pretty nifty? Comments? Suggestions?

*shoots you* :p

No, I quite liked it. You sure funked it up Although I thought there could have been more interplay between the horns, and a bit of a more decisive ending.

Thanks, glad you liked it. I might add a couple more horn 'bops' in there, but that's probably it. Now that I'm listening to it, the horn parts aren't very loud....

As for the ending, well....
