Do you really want an honest evaluation? or compliments?

I can be honest, but chances are, you will not like what I will say.

It's extremely boring.
One of the reasons is that it has only one short theme for each movement, and all you do is repeat it.
That isn't the best way to keep the interest of the listener.

Another reason is you use only two chords for each movement. That is incredibly boring harmony.
It took 160 measures to get to a chord that was neither G major nor D7... except then it suddenly switched to two DIFFERENT chords, over and over, until the last section, whichs tarted over with G major and D7.

Yet another reason is that the orchestration is not very good.
You require 7 timpani? And then write "chords" for the timpani?
You don't treat the instruments like instruments. Your violin part and flute part and piano part are all interchangeable. There is nothing that diferentiates any of them one from the other.
I strongly suggest a book on instrumentation to start off.

By the way, the piano part is largely unplayable in parts.. look at the Alberti Bass in the piano part in the final movement.. it's written in octaves! that's just not playable at that tempo.

Composition is a passion, so I understand completely that you really enjoy creating music.
However, it is also part art and part science.
Without a LITTLE understanding of orchestration, musical form, harmony and some counterpoint, it is difficult to write a piece that lasts 20 minutes and make it interesting.

A good beginner's book on harmony and music theory are a must for you as well.
"On ne s'improvise pas compositeur"... it takes a certain amount of work.

In musical criticism, when issues of craft and technical consideration are set aside, what remains is more subjective. However, until technical issues are dealt with, the subjective portion bears considerably less weight.

Getting and studying some texts on harmony, orchestration etc. is really necessary but there are some online guides to orchestration. The northernsounds website has "Principle of Orchestration" by Rimsky-Korsakov online with comments. And here at YC in the masterclass forum are several useful articles by Qccowboy.

The problems with this composition could be fixed with some revisions - introducing new themes, transposing to new keys, adding new harmonies. But it is a lot easier to write four short pieces than one long piece so perhaps breaking it up would be a reasonable approach.

The theme in the opening section could form the basis of a rondo: that is, the A section for say an ABACA structure where B and C are new contrasting themes.
