And well, to make it sound good I will have to play around with Logic. I find that a bit ineffective specially when I am still writing the piece

then again, i'd use a stereo pair setup to record the orchestra.

people beg to differ (including me), while vienna is good, i'll stick to EW. either you're a VSL-pro or you don't really know what it takes to make productions with VSL instruments sound good, since it's a pain in the ass while EW sounds good out of the box.

Any post starting with "of course blah blah..." is dodgy to start with.

"Best" is overated. And VSL is too damn difficult and pricy to work. Not that it doesn't sound amazing, but it takes a while. There! I just followed what Robert said!
