Very good job. Kind of on the fence if it should be longer or not. Would love to hear the revised version. What you posted I would term more of a rag influenced perpetual motion piece -- and alot of fun. I agree with QCC, for it to be more minimalistic you would need to dwell MUCh longer on the harmonic/melodic motion (and when you have a pianist play it, the timbral possibilities are pretty big - hey, if you have the score I'll be glad give it a try) . In the latter you could develop two pieces from what you have one more ambient (thinking in particular Eno's Thrusday Afternoon) and a minimalistic piece (Reich's Music for 18 Musicians style).

Anyway, keep us updated.
