Loving the music....

Very dark, but that makes everything very original. The only problem I had was most of your music just ends all of a sudden, other than that, I enjoyed listening.

Songjun, thanks for reviewing my music! And the kind words (again)! I hope you know what you're talking about!

The music ends all of a sudden, because I had to compose specific bits and pieces of music to fit specific parts. Some of these pieces were looped. I hope you will watch the movie sometime and provide more feedback on this.

I wasn't paid for this and I didn't have enough time to produce a full-fledged OST (and this was mostly for fun), even though I was asked to. Even if I had the time and was in the mood to do that, I can't find my musical notes, so I'd have to do it from scratch and by ear.

That's the link for the sequel, if anybody's interested. I didn't participate in this one and it's in greek, so...

Ok, the only one I listenend to was the title theme, but it was great.

It really really reminded me of a movement from Moussorgsky's Pictures. I can't remember which movement, but it's the slow movement with the bassoon solo. (if anyone wants to help me out )

Hi, Tyler! Thanks for the review and I'm glad you liked the title track!

I didn't have Mussorgsky in mind while composing but he is always an influence regarding orchestration in such scary-sneaky-but playful music.

Only listened to some of the themes, but the main theme is pretty creepy, and "The First Death" starts creepy and then turns comical.

Did you at least recieve some good exposure in the film community?

Thank you, Paginani, the intention was to write something half-cheesy, half-comical.

There is a growing movement of independent 'cult' films being produced in Greece. This particular movie got great reviews, but the 'marketing' staff didn't promote the movie very well. Thus, it spreads slowly. The good thing is that, from these movies, only a few have original soundtracks, so this one was quite an advantage for this movie.

Apart from that, currently I'm not quite interested in taking part in such 'humorous' endeavors. This was written back in 2004-I was a soldier back then and I had a whole lot of time to kill. Now, things re different. Composing for these movies is very worth it, because they're fun and you get to know crazy people, but, unfortunately, now I lack the time and I'd rather direct my creativity elsewhere.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to listen and review!
