Expressions Problem

I'm experiencing some difficulties with my expressions tool. I want to have one bar to be played rit. but it doesn't. I just plays as if that expression plug-in never existed.

Anybody else experienced this?

I've had that problem before.. And some times it happens with "a tempo".. The music doesn't resume at the normal speed at all.. Sadly though, I have no idea how to fix it.

Finale probably is not set to play recorded tempo changes, or is just being Finale

There's two things you can do:

1) Goto Document->"playback options", and make sure "Play Recorded Tempo Changes" is checked and press OK. This should fix the problem.

2) If Finale still doesn't play the rit then delete the rit, and insert a new rit from expressions and make sure that it is set to start at the beginning of the measure. Then, set Playback Options to Play Recorded Tempo Changes.
