Alright. I thank everyone for their comments. I will post a revised updated version for comments tomorrow, as I must sleep. I just wanted everyone to know that I took their comments into account. Thanks!

This would be better on Eb trumpet, it would be a bit more playable then.
I am fine with all the repeats exept the repitioon that starts in bar 13, that section only needs to be played once, twice is too much.

My favourite section is the maestoso at the end, although it tends not to be very fanfare like for most of the piece.

Personally(opinions may differ) I feel that:
-You should continue going down after the D(c in concert pitch) and not jump up to the E after the the C.

-You could give the piano a bit more solo time, and make it a bit more percussive at places.

To be honest with you, I am in love with this piece.
It is definitely a fanfare, and I think the piano part would be an absolute joy to play.

I have an emotional connection with soaring trumpet, and I know some people could manage this.

I'm sorry that I don't have anything constructive to say, but this is really lovely.
If you post an updated version I will definitely check back!

Thank you very much! If you ever find somebody to actually play and recording, please let me know.

Well everyone is talking about instrumentation is nice. However, I don't like the ending. The ending seems very flat and undynamic for a fanfare. This is a part where the trumpet and the piano should play that final motif (DA DAH DAH DAH!) together (with the piano properly orchestrated) so that there is more power at the end of the piece. I enjoyed the piano part and the motives in this a lot!

I think the ending should have more punch 'tis all.
