Alright... I have all the submissions and all the reports... I will post the results Saturday. Vitrual... you submitted something, therefore your score is nullified. Don't worry about reviewing. I will just do points out of 75 then convert to 100 %.

It means you cannot judge AND submit a piece. So, either you judge and your piece is taken out of the race, OR you submit and you cannot be a judge. YOUR choice.
