I consider conductors much the same way I feel about God; unisex or sexless being always to be referred to as 'He'. Also, if you upset them, they will smote you!

...but most conductors are in fact real.

Haha just kidding!!!

Ok Thomas, I don't mind that decision about Tumababa. I'm sure you've PMed him and all?

And by the by, save Tumababa's extension, how much longer do you think until you will be done with the judgings? I'd like to put an estimated date for the results up on the front page, if you have some idea.

Well I sure don't mind Tumababa being allowed to enter.

Unless he wins, then I'll probably put up a stink.

Procrastinator!

Just kidding.

As long as Thomas makes sure Tumababa doesn't change any of the music, than there should be no problem with a little rescoring here and there.

...Chris, I am fully sure that you will through a stink if anyone other than you wins. Just kidding.

To make up for the lack of low brass, I used the saxes in a low register and made the low strings bow short and aggressively. Almost any combination of instruments can be made to make a particular piece sound good... barring losing some key solos such as trumpet or flute, of course. The lack of low brass was kinda difficult to work around, though. Not to mention no bassoons!

Don't be complaining people, I'm the one who wrote a Superhero Movie Suite!!! The reason I asked for the piano was because of the lack of brass. So instead of having pumping trombones and horns blasting out melody, I used the saxes as the horns and I used the low strings plus piano accents and occasionally low clarinets to create the effects I needed.

Who's complaining? I thought of it as a challenge.
