Muz, you don't "change" a Finale file into a PDF file.
You print to PDF.
All you need to do is install one of the MANY suggestions made in one of the links kindly posted by Robin (as you can see, this subject has been discussed MANY times), then when you print your file in Finale you just choose whichever PDF programme you installed as your printer.
