All you need to do is find the VST.dll file in Silver XP and copy it into Sonar's VST plugins file and then Sonar should see your instruments (then restart sonar). Then just go to insert softsynth and load the instruments and you will be set. Pm me if you have problems. I am not an expert, but will help if I can.
