What about that piece the boy played in the final of Young Musician of the Year 2006? (if you saw it) I can't remember what it was called though... I remember it sounded nice! I could try and look it up for you.

Rodrigo's are very famous. The most famous one is the Concierto de Aranjuez.

There are many many concertos for guitar... Well, not as many as there are for violin or piano, perhaps, but quite a few! Just doing a google search for "guitar concerto" brings up quite a few pages.

While I'm not the person who said that, I find that I'm faster working by hand than on a computer, because when I compose on a computer I tend to waste endless amounts of time listening and adjusting minute details rather than thinking about the big picture...

The piano quartet is COMPLETE!!!

Please note that I will not review the following without a very good reason:
1) MP3-only posts: no score + outside link = bad deal. Especially true because I'm on dialup when at home.
2) Shoutbox or PM spam: excessive shameless plugs get very annoying very fast.
3) Pieces written in a short time or with little effort: if it's not worth the composer's time and energy, then it's not worth mine either.

If you like modern stuff, try Richard Rodney Bennett's Guitar Concerto. It's a pretty neat piece. Other than that, there's always Rodrigo, and other names I'm forgetting now...!

Try wikipedia... they have a very, very, very, very BIG list of piano, violin, and even viola concertos.... These things are gigantic.... It might help.
